Welcome

The Middlesex Braves is a Tier 1/AAA hockey program that has participated in the highly competitive Massachusetts Select League for the past 25 years. Starting in the 2011 -2012 season the Braves will compete in Hockey Northeast, a new league created to strengthen player development and competition for its members. 

The Braves Organization is committed to providing an environment where players at all levels learn and respect the game of hockey. All of our coaches have experience coaching youth hockey for a number of years and each have played various levels of High School, College and Professional hockey. The coaches work with each player teaching the fundementals of hockey as well as helping them to understand and learn the more complex concepts of the game.

A few highlights of the Program include:

Full season 32 game schedule, plus participation in AAA tournaments annually

2 Practices per week

On-Ice skills with Dynamic Skating and John McLean the current Boston Bruins Skating Coach 

Goalie skills through STOP IT Goaltending based in Woburn owned and operated by Brian Daccord a one-time Bruins goaltending coach and current coach of many of the top Goalies in the NHL, AHL and College Hockey

Off-ice training at Athletic Evolution in Woburn starting at the Pee Wee level
