Reporting Game Results

LEVEL COORDINATORS   Process for Reporting Game Results:

1. Both Teams (home and away) are required to phone-in the score of the games to the Level Coordinator on the evening of the game.

It is very important that the scores be called-in immediately following the game.  This is because the Level Coordinators need to compile all of the information, compute the standings and send the standings to an overall coordinator on Monday in order to compile the standings for all divisions so that they can be updated on the website weekly.

The reason for having Both Teams report the score is that this is a method of double-checking' to be sure that there no errors in the reported score.

2. The Home Team is required to mail the top (white) copy of the game sheet to the Level Coordinator immediately following the game.

Even though the scores are called-in, the score is not official until there is a game sheet to verify the score.

In addition, the coordinators need to review the game sheets for penalties, misconducts etc... to make sure that the coaches of any affected team know if any additional action is required.
It is very important that the scores be called-in to the Level Coordinator on Sunday and that the game sheets be mailed to the Level Coordinators on Monday in order to keep the standings up-to-date and to provide timely updates on the website.
